IMPORTANT MEDIA INFORMATION
To coordinate your on-site visit during festival weekend, please call Sarah Rankin, the Communications Coordinator at 1.416.894.8755 (local number). Sarah will have your parking and press pass upon arrival and provide interview and photo opportunities.
If you arrive without prior notice, please check-in at the Info Tent so a volunteer can page Sarah at your convenience.
Press Pass
allows you access to otherwise restricted areas on-site and should be worn at all times while on Festival grounds. Passes are non-transferrable.
Parking
will be available on Wharf Street above the Festival Site with valid pass. Contact Sarah in advance to coordinate the pick up your pass on-arrival or in advance.
